HereNow: Rutgers 250 is a digital gallery, a museum exhibition, and a book celebrating Rutgers' 250th anniversary year.

HereNow: Rutgers 250 celebrates the 250th anniversary of Rutgers University by looking to the future. The project includes three components: a digital gallery, a museum exhibition, and a book. All images in the three components are taken by and for the Rutgers community. On November 10, 2015, as part of the universitywide Kickoff Celebration, the Zimmerli launches the website. All students, faculty, staff, alumni, and visitors (18 and older) to the campuses in New Brunswick, Camden, and Newark are invited to send photographs of their lives at Rutgers to this website. All approved images will be uploaded to the digital gallery, printed and installed in the exhibition, and considered for inclusion in the book. Rather than focus on Rutgers' history, this project gives the entire university community the opportunity to capture what education and campus life look like in the 21st century at a major public university. Upload your photographs and be part of the next 250 years!

Submissions to the project will be accepted online through July 3, 2016. A selection of 250 images will be included in the book to be published in November of 2016.

This project is one of the signature events of Rutgers 250.
